Is this a pre-designed pack?
No — this is a Pack Builder, so there are no fixed products already included. You build your pack from scratch by choosing the products you want from each section, creating a bespoke onboarding pack that suits your team, brand and budget.
Do you assemble the packs for me?
No — packs are supplied as individual bulk products rather than pre-collated packs. This helps keep costs lower, takes up less storage space and gives you the flexibility to add your own welcome letters, documents or other literature when preparing the packs.
What is the lead time for my order?
Your estimated delivery date is shown when building your pack. This date is based on your order and artwork approval being received by 4pm on the day your quote is generated. If approval is delayed, the delivery date may move accordingly.
Will all of my products arrive at the same time?
Products within your pack may be dispatched from different production facilities and can have varying lead times. The delivery date shown in the Pack Builder is the date by which all products are expected to arrive, so you can plan with confidence knowing everything should be with you on or before that date.
Can I customise the contents of the pack?
Yes. Every pack is built from scratch using the Pack Builder. Simply work through each section and choose the products you'd like to include, creating a pack that suits your brand, employees and budget.
What if I need different quantities of different products?
Build your pack using the minimum quantity you require, then click “Transfer to Flexible Builder” in the sidebar. From there, you can adjust the quantity of each individual product before transferring everything to your quote basket.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the products you select. Current minimums range from 25, 50, 100 and 250 units depending on the items included in your pack.
Can I include my own documents or welcome letters?
Yes. Because the products are supplied separately rather than assembled into packs, you can easily add welcome letters, contracts, company information or any other documents when preparing the packs for your team.
When do I pay?
We'll send artwork proofs for your approval before any payment is taken. Once you're happy with the proofs, we'll confirm the order and move it into production.
Can packs be delivered to multiple addresses?
The prices shown include delivery to one UK mainland address. We do not currently offer multiple delivery addresses through the Pack Builder.
What happens if a product becomes unavailable?
If a product becomes unavailable, we'll contact you straight away with suitable alternatives and explain any impact on pricing or delivery before proceeding.
